Adonirum Judson AYRES was b. 17 May 1848, Andover, Henry, IL. He married Eliza E. RIGIN, 2 Nov 1875. (1883-1907, the family lived in Grainfield, Gove, KS.) Eliza Rigin Ayres d. 1917.
A. Judson Ayres was living at Nevada, Vernon, MO, when he died in 1933. He had a daughter, Maybelle

I am trying to find any available information about Calvin McCager Browning, who lived in Vernon County sometime between 1865 and 1880. He was married to Nancy Howard, and I think he died sometime between 1877 and 1880--after fathering several children with Nancy (Gillie, Thomas, Quinton, Cora, Kate, and Mack). I'm looking for any information on a family of Vernon County named MCCULLY or MCCULLA. My maternal grandmother, Iva Francis, was born 2 Mar 1883 in Carbon Center. Oddly, my mother's birth certificate reads her mother's name as "Myrtle McCulla", though other sparse documents give her name as "McCully." Her married name was "Benham."
My Iva had at least two sisters; Edna, who marr COFFMAN and lived in Butler until her death about 1967, and Verna, who marr MATHEWS and lived in Nevada (MO). She passed away abt the 1950's. She may have also had at least one brother, whose name was "Roy."
My Iva's death certificate leaves blank her father's name, and her mother's maiden name. Any assistance/advise will be immensely appreciated!

I am interested in finding the cemetery that a Richard Gains Criglar is buried in. He was a patient at the state hospital in Neveda, Vernon County about the turn of the century. His family was originally from Sedelia, Pettus County. When my grandparents were married in 1891, Rich Hill and Sprague were part of Vernon County, Richard was the son of Lewis and Lucy Crigler and was the brother of my grandmother, Alice Harriet Williamson.Richard Gaines ws still living in 1927 when his mother died. I am looking for information on my great-uncle Woodford N. Gardner b. 12 Dec 1834 in Bowling Green, KY. He lived in Vernon Co. from about 1868 until his death in 1905. He had two sons, Earl, b. June 1878, Preston b. April 1888. Three daughters, Martha J. b. 1862, Emma, b.1872, Annie L. b 1874. Emma married a Harrison from Vernon Co. Woodford is buried in Deepwood Cemetery. He was married two times. First wife was Susan P. Neagle who he married in KY. After her death he married Mary Lacy in Mo. He served in the Civil War although I did not see his name among the Civil War Veterans who are buried in Vernon Co. I would like to correspond with anyone related to this family. I have a lot of information on Woodford's family that I would like to share with his descendants.
