THEODORE B. FARRY

Theodore B. Farry was married to Anna Belle Hayes in Warren County, Missouri on June 28, 1894 by Geo. W. Penn, Minister of the Gospel.

In 1900 the Theodore B. Farry family was living in Sullivan County, Missouri. Theodore is listed as a clergyman in the census and was born in 1846 in Ohio. Both of his parents were also born in Ohio. His wife, Belle H., was born in 1863 and one of two children born to her are living. Belle was born in Missouri, but her father was born in Pennsylvania and her mother in New York. Their daughter, Esther M., was born in 1898 in Missouri.

By 1910 the  Farry family has moved to Montevallo Township in Vernon County, Missouri, and Theodore Farry's occupation is given as Minister, M.E. South. Another child has been born to the family, a son, Otis T. who is 8 years old. Also living in the household is Maria S. Hayes, Belle's mother, who is widowed.

The Missouri Death Certificate for Maria Stewart Hayes tells that she was born September 12, 1826, in Syracuse, New York, and she died February 5, 1917 in Vernon County. Her remains were taken to Wright City, MO for burial.

In 1920 the Farry family has moved from Montevallo Township to Center Township in Vernon County, where Theodore is listed as a farmer.  Esther is now 21 years old and is working as a public school teacher, and son Otis is 18 years old.

When Anna Belle Farry died in 1934 and Theodore B. Farry died in 1948, they were also taken to Wright City, MO for burial.
