JOHN W. CARMICHAEL
J. W. Carmichael and R. M. Handly Dispose of Property. J. W. Carmichael has sold his farm of ninety-five acres, just north of town to C. L. Kleitz of Codell, Kas. The papers were signed up Wednesday, and the price paid was $6,500. The purchaser gets possession December 1. Mr. Kleitz also bought the eighty acres just east of the Carmichael farm of R. M. Handly. Consideration $3,200. These sales were made by Cox & Dye, the well know real estate men. Mr. Carmichael will move to Emmett, Idaho, where his son Harry located about a year ago.
