DR. J. A. BRYAN

 

Dr. Bryant Dead.

   Dr. J. A. Bryant died at his home, one-half mile south of Carbon Center, in Vernon County, yesterday (Sunday) morning, Oct. 20th at 6 o’clock.

   Dr. Bryant was 73 years of age and had resided in Bates and Vernon counties between 32 and 33 years.  He had been ailing for some time, though was not confined to his bed till recently. He died of heart disease.

   Dr. Bryant was a man of good education and had acquired considerable property in his lifetime. He leaves a family of wife and seven children—the latter all grown.

   The funeral took place from the family home at 10 o’clock Monday morning, interment being made in Balltown Cemetery.
